Silvie Stefanovski studied visual arts at RMIT. She tackles subjects of gender, identity, and place in her art work. 

After a 6 year trial, she is happy to call the Peninsula home, although she still has a soft spot for the inner-city. 

Her latest paintings explore the relationship we have with ourselves and our environment. She seeks to define our ability as individuals to change and be changed by our environment and the people around us.
